Our package includes :

Friday evening: Tasting of 4 Burgundy wines (2 whites and 2 reds), and their gourmet accompaniments. Wine and food pairings of course: gougères, marbled ham and homemade terrine, charcuterie and mature cheeses.

Saturday evening: An Alsatian evening! A gourmet meal and Alsace wines to delight your taste buds. On the menu:

During the day, take a stroll along the surrounding paths, on foot or on our electrically-assisted bicycles, visit a Cathar castle or the medieval city of Carcassonne, or simply stroll around the park or in our lounge? The choice is yours... or why not discover one of the region's wine cellars (by appointment)?

In the evening, take a seat at our table and enjoy the delicious dishes prepared by Nathalie. What's on the menu? Nothing but good food, homemade and prepared with local produce, and organic wherever possible! The meal simmers in the kitchen and its aromas whet your appetite. Burgundy wines, Alsace wines, Erick has selected a few domaines that will delight you.

Finally, our rooms are there to welcome you in comfort: spacious, with very comfortable queen-size bedding, the soundproofing has been specially designed so that only the sound of birds reaches you when you open the window... the nearest road is more than 100m away! As for breakfast, it's simple, everyone's talking about it! Whether you prefer sweet or savoury, everything is local, fresh, homemade or artisanal, copious and refined.
